Kids crossfit

Strong Bodies.
Confident Kids.
Healthy Habits for Life.

Kids CrossFit is a fun, supportive introduction to fitness that helps children build strength, coordination, balance, agility and confidence through age-appropriate movement, games and challenges.

Classes introduce foundational movements such as squatting, running, jumping, pushing, pulling, carrying and climbing while helping kids develop body awareness and learn how to move safely and confidently. Workouts are adapted to each child’s age, experience and ability, so kids do not need to be athletic or have any previous CrossFit experience to participate.

For young athletes, CrossFit can help develop the strength, coordination and overall fitness that carries over into other sports. For kids who aren't involved in organized sports, it provides an inclusive place to move, make friends, challenge themselves and discover that being active can actually be fun.

Beyond physical fitness, our program encourages confidence, teamwork, perseverance and self-esteem. Kids learn to try new things, celebrate their progress, support one another and see what their bodies are capable of.

Our goal isn't to create competitive athletes — it's to give kids a positive relationship with movement and a strong foundation for lifelong health and fitness.

No experience required. Just come ready to move, learn and have fun.
