Open Crossfit

Our Open CrossFit classes are the heart of what we do at Kahnawake CrossFit. These daily group workouts are designed to build strength, improve endurance, and increase confidence — no matter your age, experience level, or fitness background. Every class is led by a certified coach who will guide you through a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout of the day (WOD), with movements that can be scaled or modified for all abilities.

These sessions aren’t just about getting fit — they’re about showing up for yourself, building consistency, and training alongside a supportive, encouraging community. This is where real progress happens — physically, mentally, and together.
